This project consist first of proceeding to a investigation that will show us the rate of haitian children in age to be scholared but are still outside from a education system. The actions of the actual humaniterian or educational Organizations had been revealed insufficients for the covering of the total Rural Sections of Haiti.
The results of the plans of my Organization will have a important impact and a great signification for the people living in the Rural Sections. However, some obstacles are striking the way out of these actions, they are eventually: resources and supports.
The Completion of this Sponsoring occurs when the Order received has been Confirmed in writing by our services or
when we respond to the Order by sending out the related goods and / or services.
The indicated delivery times are approximate and are not contractually binding unless expressly stated
otherwise. The Sponsor cannot use any delays in delivery that may arise as grounds for cancelling the
order and / or for claiming damages. In the event of an act of God or force majeure involving our Organization, our suppliers or our supplier’s subcontractors, we may have to completely or partially cancel any contract or order, or to suspend the execution thereof without notice or liability for damages. If, in such a case of force majeure, we are forced to suspend the execution of the contract or order, and if
within one month subsequent to giving notice thereof we cannot indicate a new delivery date to the Sponsor, the latter shall have the possibility to cancel the said contract or order, but only for the quantity of goods that could not be dispatched or delivered owing to that event of force majeure. The Sponsor shall not be entitled to claim compensation either by amicable or judicial means. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the goods are transported at the sponsor’s risk irrespective of the means of transport used and of its terms of price, or payable freight costs. The goods sold for export are transported at the buyer’s risk unless other arrangements relating to the incoterms have been expressly
agreed. Prices are only final once we have accepted the order unconditionally. For goods delivered by weight, the amount of the invoice is calculated based on the net weight of the goods at the time of leaving the post office, the border or the shipping depot + freight costs and VAT.
